Our Story

Apex Auto Repair opened in 2008 with one bay and a straightforward goal: a driver should be able to trust the shop working on their car. The owner, Marcus Delgado, spent years as a technician at larger shops and a dealership service department, and saw too many customers sold work they did not need. We built this shop to be the opposite, where the diagnosis is honest and the estimate is the price.

We have stayed independent and local on purpose. We work the same towns year after year, and most of our customers come from someone who got a fair shake and told a neighbor. That word of mouth is the whole business, and we protect it on every repair. We are not a chain with a rotating counter and a script. The same faces are here every time you come in.

What We Stand For

Honesty over the sale. If a repair will do, we will tell you. We diagnose first, give you a written estimate, and do not start until you approve it.

The diagnosis matters. We test before we replace. You should pay to fix the actual problem, not to swap parts until a light goes off.

Local and accountable. We will be here next year, and we back our work in writing. A warranty only means something from a shop that stands behind it.
